The space adapts to different formats: private workshops, brand showroom and presentations, pop-ups, exhibitions, team building, shooting and small gatherings. Hourly packages (2, 4 or 8 hours) are on this page; pop-ups, exhibitions and team building are agreed by contacting us.
Til Room is at Via Besso 42A in Lugano. Connect packages describe an open space with a small kitchen corner; moka and coffee are available. The floor plan is at the bottom of the page. We do not state a different maximum capacity here than what is already written on the packages (up to 8 people, where specified).
Tables, display or a freer area depend on the activity. Before booking it helps to define guest numbers, duration and the result you want. We can look at the layout together.
The team-building package is one of the Connect options: it is agreed by contact, according to the group and the activity. The hourly packages (2, 4 or 8 hours) give a sense of the space; where stated they cover up to 8 people.
The space is used for a private event, a presentation or a gathering. Layout (tables, a freer area, display) depends on the project. We do not state capacities other than those already written on the packages.
A work meeting can take place in the same open space, with the small kitchen corner, moka and coffee where the package includes them. Hours and layout are defined before booking.
Til Room can host a brand or collection presentation. The format is built together: we do not list equipment here beyond what the packages already describe.
There is a pop-up package: duration, setup and conditions are agreed by contacting us, because they depend on the project.

Company workshops are organised on request, in the same Via Besso space. There is no hidden corporate catalogue beyond what Connect and team building already describe.
